With the development of City Constraction, pollutions affect people's living interface more and more. Some even brings malignant accident, so it's important for us to control the immition of pollutions and surveil air pollutions effectually.Together with the problem of environmental data share, traditional environmental managing way cost more workload and is out of date; it can hardly satisfy the requirements of Environmental Management. Since the problems of air pollutions are austere, seeking new managing way is imperative under the situation, and the incisive point is importing computer technology to Environmental Management.The combing of GIS and environmental model will make their functions more powerful, and it's being a studying hotspot in GIS and environmental field. This thesis discusses the way of GIS and environmental dispelling model's combing. The thesis mainly contains three parts:(1): Introduce the Air Pollutions Model, the build of GIS, the building principle and the plan of data-base designing. The thesis abecedarian discusses the application of GIS in defining boundary, defining initializing condition, data pretreatment, model calculating, and visual result exporting, etc.(2): Discuss the combing way of GIS, data-base and tapping soft-ware, and design the embedded compact integration of GIS and pollution's dispelling model.(3): Build air pollution dispelling model of Guangzhou basing on GIS technique. This dispelling model contains three parts: the Hybrid Plume Dispelling Model (abbreviated as HPDM) in point source selection, American CALINE4 dispelling model in linear source selection, and T2 dispelling model in plane source selection. With the support of GIS technique, the study realizes the embedded combing of GIS and Air Pollution Dispelling Model, and resolves the problems of low visual level and chilly system interface well, and primarily discusses the application of GIS in Air Pollution Dispelling Model building, results demonstrating and exporting, etc.The final purpose of the study on combing GIS and Air Pollution Dispelling Model is to resolve the air pollution problems in Guangzhou, and the demand of it is very intensive. So the project of air pollution controlling countermeasure must be applied to practical management effectually, and it must provide scientific gist to air pollution treatment in Guangzhou, tough theoretical supports to air pollution total-controlling treatment, and reference of decision-making to air pollution prevention and cure measure in Guangzhou. From subject and scale investigated facet, and achievement facet, the air pollution study based on GIS makes great political and economic sense to environmental protection in Guangzhou.
