Pyrolytic carbon (PyC or pyrocarbon) was widely used in many fields, such as nuclear energy, biomedical engineering, aviation and electric energy etc. for its particular and outstanding properties of physics, chemistry and biology. But the mechanism of the PyC formation, its structure, properties and conditions of PyC deposited should be digged and optimised furthert. So the study related to PyC play the important role on the basic theory and economic profit. On the basis of studying the mechanism, structure, properties and deposited conditions of PyC, hunt for the way to solute the problem of irregular objects need to be coated with PyC in spouted bed falling down on the bottom of the spoutd bed through the experiment at room temperature.Followings are the job we have done and the results we have attained:1.Explore the PyC on its formation mechanism, structure, properties and properties-improved based on theories of the predecessors. Put forward that the PyC is a kind of transitional carbon between crystal carbon (such as graphite) and non-crystal carbon (such as carbon black), the unsuitable depositing rate and pyrolysis temperature is the main factor that can cause carbon black and graphite.2. After stated the properties of fluidized-bed and spouted-bed, advantages of PyC depositing in spouted-bed are brouglit forward as following: By-products can be reduced, hence the purer PyC is attained by adjusting the deposition rate of PyC. And choose the suitable parameters to keep the object floating in the spouted-bed to avoiduneven PyC coat on the object.3. Attain the relationship between the deposition conditions and can attain the PyC with anticipated properties by controlling the technical parameter through the computer, which can provide theoretical direction for promoting the finished product rate.4. During the simulated experiment in spouted-bed at room-temperature, study the movement of two-side irregular artificial carbon heart valve at the required gas flow in the spouted-bed, which keep the object floating in the spouted-bed to solute problems of uneven PyC coat on the object caused by quiescent object at high temperature.
