The profundity and scope of research on the human being have been deepening with the investigation on the other things of the nature. The life science and biological technology with the Human genome Project (HGP) as representation are the most attracting research frontiers in the world. Most biopolymers in the body are synthesized under the effect of a series of elements hydration ions, which catalyze and power the synthesis of biopolymers. These active centers also control the synthesis, duplication and transcription of DNA in nature, thus they play very important role on almost all problems of human health. The physiological effects and the relationship between the individual element and relevant diseases have been studied for ages by the researcher in the life science and medicine field, but the relationship between the total elements distribution and the conditions of organs in the body has not been investigated. In this paper, the distribution of power elements of life in the body, anti-cancer Chinese herbs and cardiovascular Chinese medicines was systematically researched by exerting Fourth Statistical Mechanics -JRG sub-cluster theory. The significative quantitative results about distribution of power elements of life delivered in this research have not been reported in other literatures. The sub-cluster model of elements distribution is first proposed by analyzing the experimental data. And the truly physical meaning of sub-cluster parameter R1R2 and R1*R2, the homogenous scale of sub-clusters , is first set forth in the distribution of power elements of life inorganisms. The distribution law of power elements of life is investigated by using the sub-cluster models, which are founded according to the atomic number and the electrophilic intensity respectively. The result shows that the power elements of life in the body, anti-cancer Chinese herbs and cardiovascular Chinese medicines present four kinds of distribution as follows in terms of atomic number, the lightest elements distribution, lighter elements distribution, heavier elements distribution and the heaviest elements distribution. And it also has another four types of distributions according to the electrophilic intensity, namely low electrophilic intensity distribution, lower electrophilic intensity distribution, higher electrophilic intensity distribution and highest electrophilic intensity distribution. The Five-Element Theory is the groundwork of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), but some people regard the Five-Element Theory as unscientific and only a guess, and at the same time, the Traditional Chinese Medicine can not provide the modern scientific evidence to prove itself, consequently, little attention is paid to the Five-Element Theory. The correctness and inevitability of the Five-Element Theory are studied quantificationally by analyzing the parameters of sub-cluster. The result reveals that the difference in distribution of power elements of life is the essential foundation of the Five-Element Theory.Yin and Yang are the philosophical terms in TCM, and determining Yin and Yang is based on the qualitative theory founded through long-range practices. The quantitative criterion to classify the Yin and Yang of organs and Chinese herbs is first proposed in this article by investigating the electrophilic intensity. The Yin and Yang can be determined by the value of R1, a parameter of sub-cluster. Those organs and herbs are Yang when the value of R1 is less than 6 and comparatively Yang when R1 is 6 to 10. when R1 is over 13 ,those organs and Chinese medicines are Yin and comparatively Yin when R1 is 10 to 13.The close relationship between the property, action and the Yin ,Yangof herbs is first found by researching the parameters of sub-cluster. Those Chinese herbs with the low electrophilic intensity distribution and lower electrophilic intensity distribution are generally sweet, pungent, hot and warm. While those with higher electrophilic intensity distribution and highest electrophilic intensity distribution are often b...
