Petroleum is one of the most important energies and also a backbone of the national economy. But today petroleum pollution especially oilpolluted soil is becoming one of the most serious problem.More and more government pay greatattention to it,it is imperative to deal with this problem.Studies on the biodegrade- tion of petroleum polluted soil by microorganisms are hotspots today. In this paper we study the biodegradation of petroleum polluted soil in a different way.In this paper, we use the Penicillium sp. which can degrade the oil in thewater to study the bioremediation of the pollution in the soil. The studies includeconfirming the possibility of the degradation of petroleum in soil. This experi-ment point out the microorganisms which can degrade the oil in the water also have the ability to degrade the oil in the soil. The microorganisms marked4is the best in the 8 microorganisms. Its degradation efficiency was proved to be 51% at30℃ in 25days by the 1.5% oil consistency. We also did a series of experi-ments to study the optimizing of the condition. After that we confirmed the most influenced condition in the degradation. By the other experiment turned out that the most influencing condition is not the same. But the temperature and oil consistency is the most powerful causation.Furthermore we did accretion experi-ment. It proved that add some N and P can promote the bioremediation. Theadding of Twin80 may restrain the bioremediation.More water and adding some Mg2+ may promote the bioremediation. Besides we confirmed that the best bio- remediation temperature is about 37℃if other condition did not change. Finally we study the proportion of N and P .It proved that the best proportion is about N:P=1:1.According to the above experiments,we do the simulate experi-ment, setting out the growth curve of the microorganism, and we analyze the composition of the petroleum.
