| Surfactant has been used in many technical and economical domains,it is one ofthe most important consumables related with human beings,so the industry ofsurfactant has developed at very fast speed.we can say,the output and applicationimply the level of industry of a country. Fluorosurfactant is one of the most important special surfactants,its particularproperties are usually concluded as high surface activity,high heat resistance,highchemical stability;fluoroalkyl is hydrophobic and oleophobic. Fluorosurfactant is themost effective surfactant we ever know,on the one hand,it can reduce the surfacetension of water or organic solvent to a very low value;on the other hand,the quantityneeded is much less than others. Fluorosurfactant is high heat resistance,most of themcan be used over 1500C,and the other surfactants usually can not be used in such hightemperature. Fluorosurfactant is high chemical stability,it will not react with strongoxidant,strong acid or strong alkali,and remains high surface activity in their solution.The synthesis and properties of fluorosurfactant C8F17SO2N(C2H5)C2H4(OC2H4)nOHare studied in this paper firstly,influence of temperature,solvent,ratio and time on theproductivity of N-ethyl perfluorooctanesulfonamide and N-ethyl N-ethanolperfluorooctanesulfonamide is discussed,we found that the best temperature for thereaction of perfluorooctanesulfonyl fluoride and ethylamine is 30℃, the best ratio ofethylamine and perfluorooctanesulfonyl is 6,and as solvent, isopropyl ether is betterthan aether and n-butyl ether.After the reaction is over,the production is washed byhydrochloric acid aqueous solution, then after reduced pressure distillation to get ridof the solvent ethylamine,it should be washed by ethanol to callbackperfluorooctanesulfonyl remained.The hydrolyzation of perfluorooctanesulfonyl isvery weak,but if there is ethylamine,the hydrolyzation will keep on.In some solvents,N-ethyl perfluorooctanesulfonamide forms macromolecule through hydrogen bonding.The best temperature for the reaction of N-ethyl perfluorooctanesulfonamide and2-chlorohydrin is 70~75 ℃ , the best ratio of 2-chlorohydrin and N-ethylperfluorooctanesulfonamide is 1.5. iABSTRACT C8F17SO2N(C2H5)C2H4(OC2H4)nOH is a kind of perfect surfactant,it can reducethe surface tension of water to 18.1mN/m when 1% of it by volumn is added to water.Its high surface activity will not change even mixed with strong acid or strongalkali.Its weight will only lose less than 10% when the temperature rises to 200℃. |
