| Spout-fluidized bed has the characteristics of no end up and particles unite in loop areas, good heat transfer and high cycle velocity, so it gets high attention and is applied in dryness, granulation, granule coat and coal gas areas, and so on.In this paper, the gas velocity field of fluidized bed in the rotational spout-fluidized bed was deeply analyzed. The hydrodynamics model in rotational spout-fluidized bed has been built and the axial, radial and tangential gas velocity field has been simulated using the CFD software of Fluent6.0. The simulate results was validated by the experiment data and the results got high consistency.In addition, the experiment data of the axial and tangential velocity with radius values was also analyzed in this paper in nonlinear regression and the regulation of spout-fluidized gas field and the distributing expression of axial and tangential velocity along radius has been built. How the gas field influences the drying and granulation was also analyzed. The problems that should be mended and pay attention to were discussed and it has provided the theory foundation for the future simulation. |
