In order to try to find out the ecological law of the soil animals under pesticide pollution, the writer makes a study of ecological quantitative in group compose, number distribution, seasonal variation, diversity, similarity and so on, adopting Tullgren dried funnel method during 1, 2003 and 12, 2003. Furthermore, the author specially studied on oribatid mites in above mentioned aspect. Besides, the author make a series of comparatively analysis in the aspect of group compose, number distribution, diversity, similarity and bioindicator.Results of simulating experiment in the laboratory on phoxim pesticide and Beta-Cypermethrin pesticide respectively to uncontaminated soil show :1 there is a negative correlation between the amount of soil animals and the concentration of phoxim pesticide and Beta-Cypermethrin pesticide respectively;2 different kinds of pesticides have different effects on the structure of soil animals'community;3 different concentrations of pesticides have different effects on the structure of soil animals" community;4 soil animals can be bioindicators of phoxim and Beta-Cypermethrin pesticide pollution. The amount of soil animals decreases with the increasing of phoxim and Beta-Cypermethrin pesticide treating concentration.5 Collembola that is a dominance species of soil animals is sensitive to both pesticides,so it can be a bioindicator of phoxim and Beta-Cypermethrin pesticide pollution.6 The amount of Acarina decreases with the increasing of each pesticide treating concentration.The amount of Acarina fluctuates with the chang of seasons.The variety rule of Oribatida is similar to that of Acarina.7 Epilohmannia is able to strongly bear each pesticide while Rhysotritia is sensitive to each pesticide.8 Rhysotritia can be bioindicators of phoxim and Beta-Cypermethrin pesticide pollution. Becouse Rhysotritia index decreases with the increasing of each pesticide treating concentration.The trends provid important referenced grounds for monitoring pesticide pollution.9 The total percent of Brasilobates and Ungnizeles of each pesticide concentration treating group is bigger than that of control group .Besides, The total percents of Brasilobates and Epilohmannia of each pesticide concentration treating group is bigger than that of control group.Those laws can be use for reference in monitoring pesticide pollution... |
