The possibility of anaphase activation on hydrogen peroxide bleaching was investigated in this paper, and its validity and practicability were identified through experiments. The results showed that:(1)The anaphase activation on hydrogen peroxide bleaching can be realized by secondary alkali addition in optimum occasion and quantity, thus the hydrogen peroxide bleaching can be optimized. Results showed that the secondary alkali additives added later is more favorable to brightness development. The quantity of secondary alkali additives increase to some extent is of benefit to brightness development, but it should not be added too much, otherwise it can accelerate the subsidiary reaction. The best proportion of the total alkali is 1:3, it is best for brightness development and efficiency of hydrogen peroxide bleaching.(2)The effect of activator addition occasion and quantity on hydrogen peroxide bleaching was discussed by using the TAED and phenanthroline as activators. The activators should not be added so much, but it should be added in the anaphase so as to avoid carbohydrate degradation.(3)The anaphase activation exists in three different stabilizers, sodium silicate, magnesium sulphate, modified zeolite and layer crystalline sodium silicate. The anaphase activation efficiency differs with different stabilizer. When layer crystalline sodium silicate acts as stabilizer, the anaphase activation efficiency is the best, it is in favor of brightness development and carbohydrate degradation. The modified zeolite acts as stabilizer is also of benefit to brightness development, but it is disadvantage for carbohydrate degradation.(4)The industrial project of anaphase activation on hydrogen peroxide bleaching was put forward in this article, the two bleaching tower flow replaced single bleaching tower flow in this project. This process is simple, feasible and economic practicality.
