The studies of biomass thermochemical conversion technology, mainly the processof catalytic pyrolysis. On the basis of the technology of purification of hot gas of biomass gasification and biomass utilization technology, aimed to the characteristics of biomass resource in China, this thesis focused attention on the experimental and applied research biomass tar catalytic pyrolysis.First, after a brief introduction of common technologies adopted for biomass utilization, biomass utilization has much profile in the aspect of environment, economics and society. During the process of gasification or cracking tar is the byproduct inevitably, which has many disadvantages. A review of current researches and development of biomass tar purify and a biomass gasification technology is given.Then, a lot of data is obtained by the small-scale experimental scheme designed by us. And established the foundation for further application. after analysis of the them in detail. We studied the effect of temperature on the yields of tar, the concept of ratio of conversion; the effect of temperature and residence time on tar conversion ratio; effect of different catalyst on the tar conversion ratio; Comparison of gas contents and flow rate before and after the catalytic cracking reaction.Reaction effect of catalyzer catalytic cracking is better than pyrolysis at the condition as the same temperature and the same residence time. In catalytic reforming ,because of different reaction mechanism, the effect have different character( temperature; distribute of catalyzed production). Si-Al catalyzer require of more lowness temperature; dolomite limestone's cheapness and easy to get; V205 catalyzer makes the quantum of H2,CO and unsaturated reduced; Ni family has the most best catalytic effect. The two later catalyzer has themselves disadvantage: price costliness easy to lose activation etc. The aim of this paper is that in via of investigation we can find reference in technical of tar catalytic in future.And then ,apply one set of composition model and Arrhenius for tar Catalytic theorem, analysis of experiment data, calculate reaction speed and activation energy for different catalytic reforming process. Calculate the tar transform ratio at every condition based on the math model.The result show anastomose with experiment.Finally, earring through part of design of 120 family's concentrate air-feedIIdemonstration project, which is concerned with tar catalytic reforming subsystem applying of former model, and combustion facility etc.
