This Paper has studied the strength of zinc-base alloy of various content of Al and Cu. In order to improve the properties of zinc alloy, added proper elements of Ti B Re Mg and obtained a high strength zinc-base alloy, A114%,Cu10%, σb =438MPa, δs=1.2%, HRB=85.4 . On the base of ZA14Cu10, studied emphatically how various rare-earth elements(0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%) affect the properties of zinc alloy. Each composition was took two kind of cooling ways, water and air. After that, took a series of tests including tensile strength, hardness, dimensions stability, corrosion, wear resistance etc. The results show that 0.4% Re content of ZAl14Cu10 alloy is the best compositions and water cooling way is the best cooling way. This ZA alloy has superior properties (25 C): σb =492.6MPa, δs=1.42%, HB=168 ,even in the condition of 200C, σb=216MPa, δs =26%, which can completely meet the need of injections molding under 200C, 120-150 MPa. It also meets the stamping die and the stretching die, which require higher strength and hardness. This paper also discussed the technological measures of the study's alloy in detail. It's of great significance to practice.
