| This paper reports three aspects as follow: First, the optimumcomposition of a fermentative medium for phenol-resisting Candida tropicalis was decided by the orthogonal test. Second, a new carrier to immobilized Candida tropicalis was synthesized. A novel aminated magnetic chitosan microspheres were prepared from chitosan flake through inverse suspension cross-linking in the presence of magnetic particles, then hydroxylpropyl chloridization and amination. Besides, it was characterized by Element Ultimate Analysis. Then, as a carrier, the immobilization of Candida tropicalis on aminated magnetic chitosan microspheres and magnetic chitosan microspheres were studied. The results showed that aminated magnetic chitosan microspheres immobilizing Candida tropicalis had the better physicochemical properties than magnetic chitosan microspheres immobilizing Candida tropicalis. Third, probed into the catalytic oxidizing efficiency of aminated magnetic chitosan micropheres immobilizing Candida tropicalis used to deal with man-made and factory wastewater. With regard to man-made wastewater, the results showed that the reaction activity of aminated magnetic chitosan microspheres immobilizing Candida tropicalis was superior to magnetic chitosan micropheres immobilizing Candida tropicalis. At the same time , we also gained a good effect as to factory wastewater which from oil refinery in QuanGang area of Fujian province. |
