In the wake of the continuously raise to life quality requirement of people ,Indoor Safety & Ecophysiology problem has been a focus .As a cross-science, Indoor Safety & Ecophysiology Assessment is very complex both in its coverage and on research technique. The coverage is related to all Indoor research fields and subject. The means of assessment need not only qualitative description but also quantificational calculation. So a assessment person must possess various professional knowledge. It is impossible for common person or manager to do it. So it is necessary to develop an expert system which acquires all knowledge including Indoor problem procedure , methods ,standards , general knowledge and some special knowledge in different field. With it we can continuously replace and strengthen the information, quickly and accurately assess the Indoor problem.Although there are some successful researches on expert system , such as some special expert system ,it is still lack some example in application. In this thesis the current research situation and the construction components and procedure of the Indoor safety & ecophysiology analysis expert system has been expatiated. In additional it is presented that the necessary gene and assessment method in Indoor problem, the fuzzy assessment method of Indoor comfort degree, the house continuable problem . Base on the knowledge develop the Expert System for Indoor safety & ecophysiology Assessment, design the content , construction of knowledge base , methods of knowledge acquisition and selection, the inferential process of Inference engine,etc.As an application, we develop the fuzzy assessment model and knowledge base edit model of Expert System for Indoor safety & ecophysiology Assessment.
