| Abstract: Fruit of medicinal cornel belongs to cornel genus, cornel family and cornel species. It is one of 40 kinds herb which are used most widely in China. The earliest record about cornel is in sheng nong ben cao jing, a legendary medical book in China.The medicinal cornel is distributed in the north temperate zone and subtropical alpine area naturally and originate in China, Britain, American, Korean, Japan and other places. Its culture history in China is very long. It is distributed in the Yangtze River valley and the Yellow River Basin and in the elevation from 250 to 1300 meters. The main producing region is in chu'an, zhejing, xixia, henna and fuping, shaanxi.The main nutritional ingredients in cornel are as follows: organic acid, ester, fifth ring road three terpene and alkene ether terpene, tanning, vitamin, amino acid, mineral substance etc. Medical research prove that cornel can strengthen organism immune ability, resist inflammation, lower blood sugar, resist shocking of losing blood and it can suppress blood platelet agglutination and have antibiotic, anti-oxidant and anti-cancer element. It does not have hereditary toxicity for animal body or accumulatity toxically in safe toxicology.The content of total soap glucoside is determined by color contrasting method. The extraction of the cornel soap glucoside in experiment is as follows: temperature/70C, solvent/water, time/2hour. After this treatment, add the 95% alcohol in the sample. In the water extracting, effective elements were sequenced: temperature, volume, time, times. In the depositing by the alcohol, effective elements were sequenced: the concentration of the alcohol, concentration proportion. In the determination, criteria sample is loganin . Making standard curve and using this curve to determine the cornel total soap glucoside by color contrasting.The results showed that: contrast four ways to press the core of the cornel out of the fruit, the pressing core directly from the fresh fruit is the best way, hot water scalding, steam scalding and drying all are inferior; To contrast natural air drying, hot air dryingand vacuum cold drying, the vacuum cold drying is the best way. In the natural air drying, the low temperature score can serve the total soap glucoside mostly. In the hot air drying, packed or unpacked score has the same reserve proportion of the total soap glucoside. In vacuum cold drying, the changing of the total soap glucoside in the various temperature score is not obvious. The unpacked score showed the higher reserve proportion in the low temperature score. After 10 months, the losing proportion of total soap glucoside in low temperature and packed score is the lowest.The effect of score ways to the total soap glucoside is the most obvious, follow it is the process ways. |
