| ABSTRACT The cement kiln that makes use of waste materials for ecocement production tocan not only deal with industrial wastes and the city garbage, but also reduce theconsumption of resources, energy and the pollutant, and this has already got thedomestic and international extensive concern. This paper analyzes the impact of cement kiln with four operating conditionsusing the method of life cycle assessment(LCA) and analytic hierarchy process, that iswithout and with the use of waster materials, substitution for fuel and raw materials,respectively with the A, B, C and D expressing the four condition, The result indicatesthat the environmental load of A is highest, the next is B, the load of C and D arelower than that of A and B, but the difference is very small. Among environmentinfluence categories of cement kiln system, the load of abiotic depletion potential ishighest, the next is global warming potential, about human toxicity, the load of A ishigher than that of energy depletion potential's, but other three's is lower than that ofenergy depletion potential, the load of acidification potential is lowest. Then adopting the method of fuzzy assessment, this paper evaluates theenvironmental impact of heavy metal elements Cu, Zn, As, Hg, Cd, Cr6+, Pb, Fe, Mnand Co leachate of cement and concrete production mading with waste materials onthe water quality. Despite the analytical result of several element belongs to thesecond or third class of environmental quality standard for surface water and groundwater, others belong to the first class of the two standard, through synthesizelyevaluating, the leachate attains the first class of environmental quality standard forsurface water and ground water and cannot impair the quality of water body. Finally, this paper establishes the standard of ecocement life cycle assessment,sets up the ecocement inventory ,and develops the load calculation of pollutants CO2,NOx and so on. LCA inventory and impact assessment have acquire actual applicationin company and achieve satisfactory effect. In this paper, the environmental impact with the use of waste materials in thecement kiln system was analyzed and compared to. It has great significance of thepromotion of the reuse of waste materials and improvement of the environmentalbehavior of ecocement production. At the same time, this provides the reference forthe foundation of ecocement evaluation method and evaluation standard. |
