| This paper proposes the new technical method of nano-polishing process on metal materials with ice polishing desk. According to the polishing process test results obtained on metal test specimen, which the surface roughness reaches the nano-level, and based on microcosmic theories mainly, the flaws of step, dislocation, roughness etc. that existing in metal practical surface, the relationship between the atom binding bond, atom binding energy, metal crystal fabric, interface fabric and grain boundary energy in crystal, surface or surface energy and polishing process energy, the function the former to the latter are analyzed. Microcosmic eliminating process mechanisms of metal materials nano-polishing are further analyzed and discussed. |
