| Due to the high COD consistency of the wastewater from starch production, the expense of the treatment are always very high . In this paper, a study is made on the start-up and running of the treatment of wastewater from starch production by coagulation-air flotation-hydrolytic acidification-oxidation ditch process in a starch company in XiAn, reaching a low-cost and feasible treatment process of the wastewater from starch production.The main contamination of the influent wastewater : consistency of COD is 4360~ 6760mg/L, consistency of SS is 870~1550mg/L. the experiments results shows that (1) Using the recycled activated sludge of oxidation ditch as microorganism coagulant can greatly enhance the COD removal rate of coagulation and air flotatin . The COD removal rate is 64.47% after recycled. Compared to the rate (54.62%)of before recycled , increasing about 10 percent .(2) The consistency of the MLSS has a obviously influence upon the treatment of hydrolytic acidification. Recycling the activated sludge of oxidation ditch to hydrolytic acidification can greatly enhance the consistency of MLSS and increase the removal rate of COD and SS about 10% and 5%.(3) The wastewater distribution and the equality of effluent wastewater have a clear influence on the effect of the treatment of hydrolytic acidification. So the proper whisk is necessary.The results of the treatment's running shows that the treatment of wastewater from starch production by coagulation-air flotation-hydrolytic acidification-oxidation ditch possess the high COD removal rate and it is a low-cost and feasible treatment process. It proved that the treatment process can be widely occupied in the treatment of wastewater from the industry of bio-chemistry. It will bring great economical, social and environmental benefit. |
