| The amount of the chemical components in the banana stalk was obtained in this paper, And crude fiber was equal to 48.87%, klason lignin 22.65%, crude ash 12.98%. The optimal anthraquinone-methanol-calcium chloride-alkali sulfite pulp seemed to bel8%Na2SO3, 0.05% anthraquinone, liquid ratio 4:1, 5%NaOH, 0.025% Calcium chloride, cooking at1.4Mpa for 2 hours, crude pulp could be obtained with a yield of 44.3%,in which the amount of a -cellulose was 94.7%. And the anthraquinone speeded up delignification significantly in alkaline sodium sulfite pulp for banana stalk. There was synergism between calcium chloride and methanol. The effect of bleaching reagents was compared. The Cfy COOOH was the most suitable to bleach the crude pulp for banana stalk. The molecular weight of the cellulose was obtained by measuring the specific viscosity . which was 1.12 105. And the structural groups of the cellulose were characterized by using the infrared spectrum. The carboxymethylcellulose was synthesized through the diluents-mediated processes. Its structural groups were characterized by using the infrared spectrum.Ammonification of technical lignin from banana stalk pulp black liquor was carried out by using H2O2 as oxidant. The optimal reaction conditions appeared to be as follows:lignin:H202:ammonia:water=lkg:25mol:10mL:4L, 60min at 100. Compared with the usage of the oxegen as oxidant. using H2O2 as oxidant in the reaction had many advantages: a shorter reaction time, a lower reaction temperature, and higher utilization of ammonia without a pressure-resistant apparatus. The mixture was blended to produce the sheet at 30MPa for 2 min. The recipe was 5% liquid paraffin, 5% glycerol, 15% reinforcing agent, 5% CMC, 70% flocculant polymer. The sheet had a good mechanical property, a low moisture absorption and was environmentally friendly. |
