Research On The Key Technology In The Development And Design Of NC Plasma Cutter

NC plasma cutter is a kind of precise NC equipment in clipping plank, and it is applied to the production of many varieties and little batch of the part, which is made from cold board by clashing and cutting. The paper offered the method and the reference for the sequence of NC plasma cutter through developing and manufacturing the equipment and advancing the method of design for cost under concurrent condition.The paper analyzed the firm and precision and reliability of the whole machine tool under efficient working condition, and ensured the stability of its performance.The paper proposed a new control scheme according to the control requirement of machine tool, and it integrated the strong data processing capability with high reliability of PLC to form a main-machine and submitted-machine control system. Meanwhile according to movement requirement, movement control program is compiled through drive function of servo motor and communication function of main-submitted machine. At the same time, the I/O of PLC is extended and the PLC program is designed.The paper proposed a construction mode under cuncurrent concurient, and researched roughly the application of NCPC in the course of design for cost, and at the same time, provide parameter warranty in order to develop premium, efficient and low-cost homogeneous products for the future.
