Latest two years, with the lots of orders of imitated chamois corning into china, sea-island fiber has a good reputation. In fiber industry sea-island fiber is the member of super-fine fiber. It is produced by complex spinning technology. In the surface, the domino-effect of the super-fine is enlarged, so the man-made leather effect is showed commendably. These excellent properties are accepted gradually by spin corporation. Imitated chamois, brushing glass cloth, super-fine fiber leather and so on. These manufactures are favored by many consumers and these manufactures have a large space in market.In our country, the sea-island fiber depends on import, counting the last year production of homeland and import. In present, percent eighty sea-island fiber depends on import. The price of sea-island fiber and sea-island cloth is a few times of general fiber. Because of the high profit, many companies begin to product sea-island fiber. A set yarn and short fiber of sea-island come out one after another.The sea-island fiber is composed by the sea and the island. They are different polymer. In80s to 90s of last century, the sea is PS or PET, they dissolve only in organic solvent. So it brings many problems. Such as environment pollution, inflammation, blast. Its development is baffled. From 90s on, in Japan many companies began to study water-solubility polyester and put it into sea-island fiber. Because water-solubility polyester can solve in buck. The behind process is safety. The environment pollution is avoided. The sea-island has a bright future. However, it is a blankness last year in our country. The tempt of high profit, in this year,many companies began to study water-solubility polyester. There is a big gap between made in our country particle and made in other country particle. So many companies produce sea-island fiber by import particle.In my thesis, the water-solubility polyester was analyzed by nuclear magnetism resonance spectrum, the heat properties was analyzed by DSC, the crystal process was studied by polarization light, the dissolve property was studied by differentconcentration buck. Through these analysis, the result show that the import particle has less the third content than the made in our country particle. So it has higher molecular weight and viscidity. What's more, the import particle has a better crystallization velocity. But it is not good soluble property than the civil particle.In the process of spinning. The fiber made by import particle has better draw property than the fiber made by civil particle. In the thesis, the stress property, crystallization and orientation were studied. The result show that the fiber made by import particle has better properties in stress property, crystallization and orientation than the fiber made by civil particle. These properties are effected by the percent content of the third monomer. The percent content of the third monomer is more, the molecular weight is less, the distributing of molecular weight is wider. It results the process and the fiber's configuration property.The dissolution of sea component is one of important content in my thesis. The soluble temperature is between 95 degree and 100 degree. The time is thirty minutes. The dissolution of buck has five kinds. They are rinsing, 2g/L, 4g/L, 6g/L, l0g/L. with the increase of buck concentration, the soluble percent of sea component increase. With the sea component's percent increase, the soluble percent of sea component decrease.Through the study, we knew the difference between the import chip and the civil chip . We found the good spinning parameter of civil chip. These result settle a good base for spinning civil water-solubility polyester sea-island fiber and make certain a good dissolution parameter,...
