The Research On Synthesis Of Aromatic Ethylamines

Aromatic ethylamines are important intermediates in organic synthesis and pharmaceutical industry. At present, this series products with high price are greatly required allover the world. But the conditions were difficult to control in manufacture . Moreover, the yield was low. So it is very necessary to exploit an economical and practical synthetical route of aromatic ethylamines. This would bring goodish economical and reaserch value.This thesis provided a new route to produce aromatic ethylamines by bromation, Grignardreaction, hydroxyethylation, etherification and amination of aromatic compounds. The conditions were optimized and got good results.In the process of bromotion of ester, it adopted high selective brominating agent , the yield exceeded 90% and the purity was above 95%. So it will be of good economical and practical profit.The esters were aminated by direct-amination with ammonia or Gabriel reaction in amination. The best condition was formed by improving the condition of reaction and have succeeded in enlargement trial.
