Dyeing And Finishing Of Fabric With Lyocell Fiber

In this paper the dyeing and finishing technics and equipments of Lyocell fabric were researched. The optimal processing conditions including pretreatment, dyeing and finishing were selected. The results showed that high effective acidic cellulase, new fibrillating and fibrillating prevention assistants, soft agents and crease-resistant finishing agents should be selected according to different finished products. The middle temperature reactive dyes such as B type with plural reactive groups, shorter route and mild technics such as cold-roll-pile dyeing method, enzyme treatment, one bath dyeing method and so on were selected. Dyeing equipment can be used for primary fibrillation, enzyme treatment, secondary fibrillation and polishing, for example Then Airflow AFS air stream dyeing machine. Thus the level of dyeing and finishing process of Lyocell fabric was increased, and the cost of production was reduced, the efficiency of process was improved.
