| This dissertation first established seven of freedom of simplified dynamics model of machine tool, by means of the theory of pattern analysis, making a thorough discuss for the performance of machine tool vibration, and putting forward regarding workpiece as elastic girder of continuous distribution quality.Analyssing detailly, vibration of workpiece by the method of computer numeric calculation and studying the effect of vibration for online detection precision in data sige, Experimental results show that the vibration of workpiece have little effect on detection precision, while scanning order number is remarkable, detection can be realiged. |
