A feasible descent method with fast convergence is proposed according to the character of this mode;, and software for the method has been, written using Matlab, and the optimal dimension of the formed board is gotten and design data of the formed board can be validated using the software. Finally, using ANSYS ANALYZING SOFTWARE, WHICH HAS BEEN WIDELY USED IN THE INTERNATIONAL, ANALYSES THE LOADING OF THE FORMED BOARD WITH OPTIMAL DIMENSION. Analyzing result indicatedthat the optimal dimension entirelt accords with request of the design. It is proved that the calculate result is very efficient both in theory and practice.The new style dust catcher, which is produced by the result of this article, has been put into use .Comparing with the traditional board-rib structure, the new style dust catcher not only can save about 30-40% steel, but also can reduce a lot of welding procedure. It can save olts of welding material and personnel of welding operation, and reduce the cost of production greatly, and improve competitive capability of tye dust catcher in the market. The new style dust catcher has a lot of advantage, such as simple production technology, short manufacturing cycle, beautiful exterior, shortcut and convenience to installation, lower price etc, what' smore, it can run very well and gets good comment from consumers.
