| With the problem of the Eutrophicat ion becoming more and more serious, people attach much more attention to the N,P level of the discharged sewage. Thus most of the sewage treatment plant are required to improve the efficiency of the N,P removal. The AB process is well known of its stability and high organic compounds removal efficiency. But the N,P removal capacity of AB process is comparatively weak because of the disadvantage of the process itself. This paper put forward the experiment project of enhancing the N, P removal efficiency of AB process by introducing intermittent aeration system and increasing organics of the influent on the basis of the studies home and abroad.The main experiment shows as follows: During the first period of experiment, In order to enhance the organic concentration of the influent, two measures are taken :(1) Bring the sludge of A-stage to the influent of B stage;(2) Take the influent sludge of the digester , which have been disposed by chemical P-removal measures, at the real ratio in the plant to the influent of lab-scale experiment. The experimental result indicates that the removal of NH3-N and TN have improved greatly comparing the previous . But the system doesn' t achieve excess phosphorus removal, the main reason is still the comparatively low C/N ratio.In the further experiments, to increase the concentration of organic concentration in the influent, add organic compound and then wastewater of beer factory, to the influent. The result shows that the system attains satisfactory N,P removal rate. Through the experiment, discusses the influence of several parameters to the experimental effect , and also presents suitable operation parameters for thefurther experiment.In addition, this paper srmmarizes the latest research of the mechanism and processes on the enhanced biological N, P removal. Through the experiment , the removal mechanism of intermittent aeration process also is discussed further. |
