To complete the cementing theory and to make more practical cementing design and operation to improve the cement quality, after adopted cementing theory and optimization technology, and analyzed and comprehensively researched the cementing operation, we completely made out a system cementing optimization design method.Using general Hook law, the influence of strength and axial force of deep well string have been analyzed at the change of temperature and pressure. The casing string strength has been calculated; casing centralizer quantity and its depth have been designed by using limited unit in casing string design program; and the fluid models of cementing slurry have been selected by optimization theory; the "U" type tube has been analyzed by the Eular formula, a new parse solution has been given, and slurry flow rate in the space and string pressure change computed precisely, so operation main parameter are predicted.The corresponding software has been used in Daqing oilfield, and it has been proved that the cementing parameters designed by the new solution are more close to the practical monitoring ones. By the new API standard and efficient load calculation, the design data are accurate, reliable and economical. The optimized slurry models are more real and reasonable to demonstrate the fluid properties.The usage of the cementing optimization design has improved the operation level and the cementing quality level in Daqing oilfield.
