Top-coal caving fully-mechanized face in a coal seam minning is a random and complicated system,which is controled by factors such as man,machine and environment.It is not overall and accurate to consider face technique of the system, only when to analyse the reliability of the system.In this paper,the analyse and studies of top-coal caving fully-mechanized face system in man machine environment- a three dimension combined is established.According to the existing computional problem of reliability in a top-coal caving fully-mechanized face,the paper mainly deals with:(1) Analyse of fault types of man fault mechanism and advance of evaluation methods;estabilishment of computation method of reliability and fuzzy working conditions of sub-systems.(2) Studies of effecting factors index,membership function and factor weighting;estabilishment of comprehensive evaluation and reliability computation methods of geological conditions.(3) Development of evaluation and system reliability computation methods of working environment.(4) Establishment of maintenance model of machinery system,circle period of maintenance and reliability computation methods of the system.(5) Establishment of evaluation method of man-mechine-environment system of a top-coal caving fully-mechanized face; evaluation methods of system risk and hazard degree of the system fault model.(6) By applying real data of the face ,the evaluation of top-coal caving fully mechanized face is given and results are that the system reliabilities of the top-coal caving fully-mechanized face are better in present conditions .Now, the production per year per face could be as high as 6.0Mt on a top-coal caving fully-mechanized with highpower supports face,if in a suitable conditions.In addition,the system of reliability is good,mining density is high and top-coal caving fully-mechanized method will be a prosperous future for itself.
