Studies On The Synthesis Of N-propargyl Amine Compounds

There are various kinds of organic compounds with nitrogen in natural and artificial medicines. N-propargyl amine compounds often exhibit various kinds of pharmacological activities, such as an activity which has already led to antihistamines, analgesics, and monoamine oxidase inhibitors. These potential pharmacological activities work well especially in treating Parkins. In addition to effects in pharmacology , N-propargyl amine compounds have play important roles in chemistry syntheses. In this paper, eleven new N-propargyl amines (63-73) have been synthesized starting from amines or amino acids esters and 3-bromopropyne . And 3-bromopropyne can be prepared by halogenation from 2-propyn-1-ol in good yield. Their structures have been confirmed by IR, 1HNMR, MS. The synthetic methods of target compounds have been systemically investigated , and the suitable conditions have been chosen . In this paper, new N-propargyl amines derivatives have been designed and screened in pharmacological activities according to combination principles and prodrugs principles. These new N-propargyl amines derivatives are composed of the two different groups, such as propargyl and amino groups which have different pharmacological effects.
