| The contents, primary and secondary-level speciation of 10 microelements (Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn, Cr, Co, Sr, Ni), which contained in eight Chinese herbal medicines for curing cardiovascular disease, was studied for the first time. The contents of 10 elements in eight Chinese herbal medicines were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry, the relationship between the contents and their effect was discussed . The study show that the better digesting results were obtained with the use of 4:1 (v/v)HNO3+HClO4. The contents of Co and Cr were lower than detection limit, while the contents of Ca and Mg were abundant. The ratio of Zn and Cu in Alisma orientale, Carthamus tinctor ius, Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligusticum wallichii Franch was about 3. The ratio may be related to the effect for curing coronary heart disease. The content of Mn in Alisma orientale and Panax pseudo-ginseng was higher than that of the others, which may be relevant to curing arteriosclerosis. The results offered some academic reference in selecting medicine and speciation analysis.Primary speciation of eight elements (Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, Ca, Mg, Sr, Ni) in ligusticum wallichii Franch was studied. The contents of six sample of primary speciation obtained from primary analytical flow was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry, species distributions of the primary speciation analysis, suchas extractive rate, immerse-residue ratio etc were also calculated. The concentration of eight element in medicine's residue were high , which showed that the residue were still valuable. That extractive rate of Ni and Mg was bigger than other elements, indicated that they had the greater function. More datum and useful information were gained than gross of elements, because the analysis of primary speciation was gained by traditional decoction. Therefore, the results of primary speciation offered some academic reference for using amount of Chinese traditional medicine, conforming analytical methods of higher speciation and exploring reasons of curing disease about ligusticum wallichii Franch.Secondary-level speciation of Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn in ligusticum wallichii Franch was studied on the base of the analysis of primary speciation. After researching speciation of five elements in filtrate, we established the methods of separating and analyzing six speciation. The results of econdary-level speciation were obtained by using cation-exchange resin, Amberlite XAD-2 macroreticular resin and Chelex-100 chelating resins. Zn existed on free ions, inorganic and labile forms and hadn't any non free ions, organic and stable forms. Ca had some non free ions, a few organic forms and no stable form. A few Mg existed on free ions, organic forms and the number of stable forms was thimbleful. Free ions and non free ions had half respective in Mn and it had some organic and stable forms. Fe existed on half free ions and non free ions forms, half organic and inorganic forms. Fe had some stable form. Primary and secondary-level speciation of five elements, Mn, Zn, Fe, Ca, Mg, in ligusticum wallichii Franch were studied for the first time. The results had important effect on studying speciation of microelements on which microelements produce effect, finding the relationship between speciation and effect of medicine, developing and researching new medincines. |
