The researchers all over the world attach much importance to the study on catalyst for methanol syngas by methane reforming with steam and CO2. There are two reasons, one is that the preparation can use infinite carbon dioxide which can pollute atmosphere to convert into useful carbon and reduce the ratio of H2/CO; the other is that it can reduce the amount of CH4, cut down the cost, then make methanol production more competitive.We compare three types of catalyst, Z412W, Z413W and CN-16YQ, then select the best one. We do experiments as testing table L16(45), investigate the four factors -temperature, speed velocity of CH4, CO2/ΣC, H2O/ΣC how to effect on the reaction and obtain the best technical conditions. The best catalyst should have high activity, great intensity, resist depositing carbon, resist poison, low ratio of H2O/ ΣC. By the results of many repetitious experiments in a string of beads reactor, probative experiments in a inner circular gradientless reactor and testing experiments of depositing carbon, we get that CN-16YQ deposits more carbon than Z412W and Z413W, Z412W .and Z413W deposit little carbon. We come to the conclusion that Z412W is the best one which has high activity, great intensity, resist depositing carbon, resist poison, low ratio of H2O/ ΣC and can prepare suited syngas for synthesizing methanol to meet the actual needs of industry.On the other hand, we do experiments as testing table L25(56) in the inner circular gradientless reactor by magnetic force beater, and investigate the four factors -temperature, speed velocity of CH4, CO2/ΣC, H2O/ΣC how to effect on the reaction of Z412W. At the same time, under 3.0MPa pressure, we run continuously for 300h and test the best technical conditions. The result is that Z412W has high activity, great intensity, accordant activity attenuation, no pulverization after 300h reaction, no black condensate water, deposit little carbon and the best technicalconditions of Z412W is that temperature= 800 ℃, H2O/ Σ C=3.2, CO2/ Σ C=0.3. We know Z412W has high activity and can meet the needs of industry under the best technical conditions.Doing experiments as testing table L25(56) in the inner circular gradientless reactor by magnetic force beater, we study the macro-kinetics of Z412W catalyst under 3.0MPa pressure and by four effect factors-temperature, speed velocity of CH4, CO2/ ΣC, H2O/ΣC, then we obtain the macro-kinetics equations within temperature range 600-850℃. From the methane transforming velocity equation, we will know that the amount of methane and steam has decisive influence to the transforming velocity while consistencies of CO and H2 have less effect, increasing the value of H2O/ Σ C properly can promote the methane transforming velocity. When we consider the energy consuming, we know the amount of steam is not fit for excessive quantity. Because the amount of steam achieve one leave, it can't promote the methane transforming velocity any longer; From the carbon dioxide transforming velocity equation, we get that the consistency of carbon dioxide has decisive influence to the transforming velocity. While the consistency of carbon dioxide is excessive, it can lead to deposit carbon. Thus we consider the effect of depositing carbon roundly, we can increase the amount of carbon dioxide properly in the range of no depositing carbon.
