We study two areas of the electro-machining: the magnetic force electrolysis polishing and the dry-type WEDM.1. The study of the magnetic force electrolysis polishingFinding a high efficiency,high quality,advantage,low cost electrolysis polishing machine is a key problem that should be imminently solved in the area of finish machining. We have designed a magnetic force electrolysis polishing machine. It is the first time that the electric field and magnetic field are both introduced to the machine. We analyze the machining principle and machining effect when using the magnetic field.We first establish the locomotion model of the particle using both the electric field and magnetic field. according the mathematic model,using Windows,the software VC++ and the three dimensional standard OpenGL, we develop the software of the particle locomotion, analyze the different between the machining with magnetic field and with no magnetic field. And then according to the environment, we emulation analyze and optimize the machining parameter, instruct the machining process. 2. The study of the dry-type WEDMFor the disadvantage of traditional WEDM, the WEDM with no lubricant is becoming a promising and important technology. At present, this technology is in its beginning stage. We mainly study the parameter optimization so as to lay a foundation to instruct the experimentation.We adopt the optimization technology of the neural net, which can analyze the non-linearity dynamic system commendably. Using the Matlab and the BP neural net, we process the neural net training. According to the trained neural net, we systemically analyze the parameter of the dry-type WEDM, the parameter error coefficient is controlled in the 8% and we reachthe aim, and can instruct the experimentation.
