| The situation water resources are facing is very stern. At first, the average water resources per person is only 1/4 that of the worldwide level,that's to say ,China will become water-shortage nation according to internationality. Secondly,water pollution is severe ,among 1,200 rivers monitored,about 850 rivers are polluted,so if people don't control firmly,Nonpoint Source Pollution which is the major reason for water environment worsening,the aftermaths in future will be very severe.Being developed in industry and agriculture,Liaoning Province is unavoidably polluted in water resources.Through monitoring 30 rivers,58 river reaches all over the province,the total river length estimated is 2,296.1km during low water period, II class river reach is 14.94%, Illclass river reach is 14.1%, IV class river reach is 7.03%, V class river reach is 25.92%,extraV river reach is 28%.During high-water period II class river reach is 34%,IIIclass is 11.71%,IVclass is 41.82%,Vclass is 28.04%,extraV is 10.89%.Analysing the water monitoring datas of several reservoir, we can conclude that reservoirs are polluted at different degrees in Liaoning Province.Some water bodies of reservoirs have been mid-entrophication,even high eutrophication.The cause of eutrophication can be divided into Nonpoint Source Pollution and Point Source Pollution.Moreover,Nonpoint Source Pollution has great percent,plus its self characteristics^ is becoming the decesive factor controlling water environment improvement.So carrying out the research on Nonpoint Source Pollution is important to water environment quality and economics development.Based on above,the author mainly analyse and estimate the status quo of water environments of typical reservoirs,giving water pollution situations to readers.Then the author build mathematical model to calculate pollution capacities,giving a general estimation on water qualities of reservoirs connected with reservoirs' operation .So the author collect and analyse the datas of monitoring water qualities,estimating on water environments situation oftypical reservoirs,build estimating model of Nonpoint Source Pollution and the relation between it and inflow,outflow capacities.Connecting with reservoir operation,the author analyse layout characteristics of pollution in water bodies,discussing the effect of inflow and outflow capacities to water qualities.At last,bring up the protecting measures according to the realities of Liaoning, based on water environments protecting measures home and abroad .The author aims to provide references for other reservoirs,so the study has great significances for reservoirs' water quality controlment and improvement all over the province. |
