In order to guarantee the clinic therapeutic effectiveness, safety and stabilization of inner quality of Traditional Chinese Medicine , it is urgency for us to enforce the standardization of quality . establishment of its fingerprinting is a very important process.Poria cocos and Alisma orientale Which is applied in many prescriptions, have been widely used to treat many illnesses. Clinic experiments prove that, Poria cocos and Alisma orientale has obvious therapeutic effectiveness for treating hyperlipoidemia . For the si de-effect ion and toxicity of chemical medicine, people wish to find good therapies from traditional Chinese medicine for special illness , such as AIDs. Modern pharmacological experiments indicate that Cnidiummonnieri(L.)Cuss has the activity of anti-AIDs. There is little study on their quality control, corresponding fingerprinting of these three Chinese medicine plants were studied by UV, HPLC> HPLC/MS. the results of study is showed following:1 conditions of extracting was studied and the suitable methods were built .2 Feasible conditions of HPLC to determine these active ingredients was optimized . the reliability of the method were investigated, the system to study the fingerprinting of these plants by HPLC were built.3 Some samples was determined under the method above, the characteristic peak of every plant were ascertained according to the relative retention time, the corresponding fingerprinting system were established.4 In order to ensure the chemical components of characteristic peaks, the sample was determined by HPLC/MS, according to the results of study of Botany, some characteristic peaks were indentified, and the quality of samples were appraised according to these active components.In the work , the study of fingerprint have done . The method that can supply the evidence of controlling the medicine quality byfingerprint have been established.
