At present ,there are a lot of astaxanthin in waster water after produce chitin in industry.and it has enormous economic and social worth,if it can be reclaimed.We have studied on the technics about reclaim the astaxanthin and protein from the wastewater.and want to gain much astaxanthin with less cost.Researched several necessary techical processes on reclaim the astaxanthin from the wastewater. At first ,we studied the pretreatment craft in wasterwater.that is floccultation technic.due to the wasterwater has a lot of protein,and these protein combine astaxanthin with chem. bond, so we select a better floccultation in order to simple the latter process and reduce cost.and the result of experiment indicat that alum is better floccultation than others.and the best floccultate craft is : 550C, 20min in heated water, pH6.0, the dosage of alum is 20ml/L;and the compound of protein and astaxanthin's callback rate ge to 89.1 %.this article has studied techics on enzyme hydrolyze.we use the wasterwater as material. And we adopt the acid protein enzyme and protein enzyme after the wasterwater has been condensed. We compared the result with these enzymes and select four influencing factors on techics of enzyme hydrolyze from the flocculation. It include the dosage of enzyme , the time of enzyme hydrolyze, pH. The result of single factor test and intersect experiment indicate that the acid protein enzyme is better than protein enzyme. The acid protein enzyme's best technics of enzyme hydrolyze is that: the dosage of acid protein enzyme is 0.15%(compared with the dry weight of deposition), 550C, the time of enzyme hydrolyze is 1.5h, pH 5.0. And the middle protein enzyme's best technics of enzyme hydrolyze is that: the dosage of the middle protein enzyme is 0.3%( compared with the dry weight of deposition), 45 0C, the time of enzyme hydrolyze is 2.5h> pH 7.0.In order to get to know the mechanism of the acid protein enzyme hydrolyze. We studied it after know the techics on enzyme hydrolyze. And the result of the test is same with technics of enzyme hydrolyze.Consisted with well use wasterwater of the shell of shrimp and crab in fishery. We utilized the characteristic that astaxanthin can be dissolved in organic solvent. We extract astaxanthin from the wasterwater of the shell of shrimp with organic solvent. We employ acet. as organic solvent. And we get the result that the largest absorb wavelength at 474nm. The result of the experiment is the best acet. extraction technics: 600 0C, the dosage of acet. is 1:2(solid ratio liquid) > the time of extraction is 15min> pH 4.0.After studied the technics on flocculation,enzyme hydrolyze,extraction. We pilot studied the technics of separate purification about the crude product of astaxanthin in acet..The result indicate that the product has well stability by use petroleum aether extraction, because acet.has good polarity and petroleum aether hasn't polarity.At the same time,we pilot studied the stability on astaxanthin in acet. .The resultshowed that the astaxanthin in acet. has well stability on stated temperature and time.Compared with standard astaxanthin sample, studied the time at HPLC on astaxanthin in acet. and the ingredient of the astaxanthin product have pilot studied.
