The Study On The Bubble Behavior In Three Phase Circalating Fluidized Bed

The experiment apparatus to apply to study the bubble behavior in gas-liquid-solid three phase circulating fluidized bed is designed and built by oneself in this paper. The analyzed system of image chemical process multi-phase flow has been exploited and used to studying the bubble behavior. The result was given out with Matlab. It indicates that the influence of bubble behavior caused by solid particle is larger, distribution probability of bubble is becoming equality and presenting the trend of hoisting at first and then falling with the increase of the Vol when the diameter of solid particle and density of heat flow are invariable, at the same time, the distribution in radial is becoming equality more and more, escaping spot of bubble is rising and escaping diameter of bubble is becoming smaller; Distribution probability of bubble is becoming equality and presenting the trend of hoisting with the increase of the density of heat flow when the diameter and Vol of solid particle are invariable, at the same time, the bubble size is increasing, escaping spot of bubble is falling and escaping diameter of bubble is becoming larger; Distribution probability of bubble is becoming centralize with the increase of the diameter of solid particle when the density of heat flow and Vol of solid particle are invariable, at the same time, the bubble size is increasing, escaping spot of bubble is falling and escaping diameter of bubble is becoming larger.A model of escaping diameter of bubble has been set up based on the theories of uniformity flow and blend flow. The predicted result agree with the experimental data well, the error value is 700%.
