Anaerobic Ammonium Oxidation (ANAMMOX) is a new biological nitrogen removal path that was discovered in the recent years. As it has more advantages than conventional technology, this path has become the focus of attention of research. And some new biological nitrogen removal technologies have developed from this theory. Oxygen Limited Autotrophic Nitrification-Denitrification (OLAND) is one of them. Under the direction of the theory of OLAND technology, MBR (Membrane Biological Reactor) and SBR (Sequenced Batch Reactor) were established in our research and we investigated the oxygen limited nitrification stage and anaerobic ammonium oxidation process separately. The main experimental results are as follows:1 As to MBR, by controlling the concentration of ammonium oxidation of influence (1000 mg/L) , the HRT (Hydraulic Retention Time ) (one day) , the running temperature of reactor (30癈), pH values (7.8 to 8.2), stirring rate( 100-150 rpm ) and DO (0.1-0.3mg/L) , the ratio of NH/-N and NO2'-N of effluent will remain about 1 '?1.2, and this ratio will be up to the standard of influence of SBR.2 As to SBR, by controlling the running temperature of reactor (30癈) , pH values (7.8 to 8.2) , stirring rate (100-150 rpm) , entirely anaerobic condition , and the concentration of influent of NRt+-N being 100-400mg/L, NO2"-N being 120-480mg/L , and ratio of the two remaining 1 '?1.2, nitrogen removal of the reactor will come to over 90% .3 During the running of SBR, the ratio among the consumption of NH4+-N and NO2"-N and production of NO2"-N is 1 : (1.21+0.05) : (0.19?.02) . This result proved there were still some NO2"-N transferring to NOs'-N.
