Daqing oil field has entered into the late development stage, which has ihe composite WC 84%, for some producers in original well gride, the WC has been as high as over 95% already. With the successive increase of WC, and of the amount of produced water, for the thermal capacity of water is bigger than that of crude oil, as a result, in the process of crude oil transferring with hot water injected, the energy consumed has been increasing continuously, and the production operation cost has been increased as well. So in daqing oil field, how to control the energy consumption of crude oil transferring, reduce the investment of construction for secondary in fill and tertiary in fill wells, decrease the production operation cost, and achieve normal temperature or low temperature crude oil transferring is a critical problem to be resolved urgently.Normal or low temperature chemical transferring technology is to add crude oil emulsion PPD into produced liquid or hot water injected to the transferring line, therefore improving the flowing performance of crude oil, decreasing the energy consumption, simplifying the transferring facilities and decreasing the construction investment. In low permeability boundary oil field, applying this technology can make the field development to be profitable. In Changyuan Oii field, this technology can save a great deal of natural gas, which has significant importance to the extension of field development life and increment of EOR.In this paper, starting with the analysis at the principle and functions of crude oil emulsion PPD in the transferring system, the concepts of oil droplet coalescence temperature and condensate oil shell dingage temperature are defined, a system study has been accomplished for the lab evaluation of chemical agents injected in normal and low temperature transferring system as well as chemical injection technology, based on this study, more than 100 kinds of negative ion, positive ion and non-ionic interfacial active agents has been selected for the treatment of samples taken from the oil fields of No.l to No.8 Oil Production Company and No.10 Oil Production Company , moreover ,a great number of tests for single phase and multi-phase agents has been crried out, 5 kinds of chemical compounds has been carried, they are named as HW-01/W30,HW-01/A50,DODE-1, DODE-2, DODE-3. The field tests has shown that the compounds obtained through this study have basically satisfied the varities property of oil property conditions of different blocks in Daqing oil field.
