As a powerful supplement to mechanical layering technology used in water-flooding oil field, the chemical profile control technique has played a significant role in improving the developing effect of the oil field. This paper subjects the evaluation to the economical effect of the chemical profile control technique. By applying the theories of reservoir engineering, the principles of percolation flow mechanics and technical economics, regarding the reservoir and injection-production well as a combination, taking account of the flooding performance, production performance and the connective condition with its oil well, and by combining the principle of mathematical statistics, integrated decision technique of fuzzy mathematics and the computer technique, we have basically established systems of measure taking, effect predicting and evaluating, and also have developed a new method to evaluate the economical effect of chemical profile control as well as its relative software,The main jobs we have finished are:1. With regarding the normally used decision method of the chemical profile control, we have determined the integrated multi-factor well/layer selection method which is appropriate to the No.5 Oil Production Company, Daqing Oil Field, when the chemical profile control measure is taken.2. By means of mathematical statistics we manipulated the historical performance data of those injectors which the chemical profile control measure had been taken on, and those producers connected with injectors. On this basis we have established the effect-predicting mathematical model, which is appropriate to the No.5 Oil Production Company, Daqing Oil Field, when the chemical profile control measure is taken.3. On the basis of analyzing the existed economic-evaluating method to chemical profile control, starting from increasing production rate, reducing water escalating rate, increasing recoverable reserves and getting more interests, we have established the economic-evaluating physical model which can be used during the whole economical production period. Moreover, we also have analyzed some questions concerninginvestment and costing by means of technical economics principle, and present a new method to evaluate the economical effect of chemical profile control measure. The main accomplishments and innovatory points:1. The main accomplishments:(1) Developed the systems of measure decision, effect prediction and evaluation which is appropriate to the No.5 Oil Production Company, Daqing Oil Field, when the chemical profile control measure is taken.(2) Established the effect-predicting model of chemical profile control, which can predict the effect of injectors and the producers connected after profile control measures are taken.(3) Developed the economic-evaluating software for chemical profile control effect under the condition of Windows95/98 by using Visual Basic 6.0. This software not only can be used to evaluate the effect of those wells which have been measured, but also can be used to help make profile control decision as well as evaluate the measuring effect to the wells which will be measured.2. The innovatory points:The existed effect-evaluating method of chemical profile control used in our country normally can not present us a scientific evaluation due to its limitations. Therefore we analyzed the existed effect-evaluating method of chemical profile control during our study process. With enough concern to the overall interests produced by taking profile control measures, we also established economic-evaluating model appropriate to the whole economical production period by applying technical economies' principles. Further more, we have put our study results into practice and got satisfying effect. We also believe that our study results have some significance in reducing investment and increasing the efficiency and interests of chemical profile control measures.
