Approch Of Coal's Break Mode With Point-Attack Acting On

In view of the present situation that coal cutting mechanism of point-attack pick is not perfect. The break mode was studied in the thesis by means of combining mechanics analysis and experiments study . The factor of affecting break mode were obtained by means of theoretical calculate and they were verified by cutting test in laboratory. Further, studied optimum separation when point-attack pick cutting on coal cutter drum.High-speed photograph was adopted to take down the process of cutting, from which we can learn the regularity of the crackle expanding. And scattered stain test of changing state before cracking has been done. It was first founded that , the regularity of part changing exists in the cutting process.
