Plant growth regulator is an important part of pesticide,it is used to act onthe crops themselves directty and control their growth on pepole's wills. Wehave introduced substituted aryloxyacetic acid (or subitituted aromatic acid),as an irnportant growth regulator,into the compounds we would synthesize,and expected to find some compounds have good plant growth regulatingactlvltles.In this thesis,we have designed and synthesized 35 compounds of threeseries (31 new compounds) and we have studied the synthesis methods. Theirstructures have been confirmed by IR. 1HNMR.MS and elementary analysis.The test of their biological activities shows that some of them have good plantgrowth regulating activities.Acidamides have extensive biological activities, they have been tised asinsecticide. herbicide. fugicide. plant growth regulator and so on. We havecombined substituted aryloxyacetic acid (aromatic acid ) with aromaticdiamine,and designed l5 compounds of the first serie.I aroyl (aryloxyacetyl) aryldiacidamide derivatives.Acylthiourea also have extensive biological activities,the compounds withary1thiourea structure, as insecticide. herbicide. fugicide and plant growthreguIator, have been researched.exploited and produced. So we have designedthe compounds with diarylthiourea structure,serie 1 aroyl (ary1oxyacetyl) aryldithiourea derivatives.Taking PEG-600 as catalyst, the second serie of compounds weresynthsized by solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis. Compared with the classical method of the synthesis of acylthiourea,this method has many advantages such as mild reacting conditions ..convenient operation % high yield and so on. So it is a good way for the synthesis of alyethiourea.In addition, N-aroyI-N'-( 4-aminoantipyrine) thiourea compounds have many important biological activites, such as antibacterial activity,, antivirus activity and depressing central nerve system and so on, but it hasn't been reported whether thiourea with 4-aminoantipyrine structure has plant regulacting activity,So we have combined substituted aryloxyacetic acid (or substituted aromatic acid) with 4-aminoantipyrine and synthesized the 5 compounds of the third serie by solvent CH3CN refluxing.I N-aroyl(aryloxyacetyl)-N'-(4-aminoantipyrine) derivatives.CH3CH3S OI IHNCNH桟ArThe structures of these three series of compounds have been confirmed by IRN1HNMR^MS and elementary analysis. The result has heen shown that the compounds are the objectives.In addition,the activities of these compounds as plant gronth regulators have been tested by the methods of wheat spront and sheath?cucumber cotyledan and cucumber striking rote. The result shows that compounds I i ^I 2% 1 3-> 1 4-> 1 ?? 1 ll-> I 12% I 13* I 14-? I 5* I 7 暬 I 8 暬 ^ 9 ? I 10> ^12% 'l5\ ^1%^2^I3% I4^ I5 have good plant growth regulating activities.
