Preparation and Application of Oleyl Alcohol Concentratedly Fracturing FluidHydraulic fracturing is one important method to increase reservoir output through injecting fracturing fluid into a layer to enlarge a fracture. There are two important effects of fracturing fluid. One is to provide enough viscosity to transport proppant into an artificial fracture. The other is to chemically decompose and break colloid to a lower viscosity so that most fracturing fluid can be backflowed to the ground and the fracture can be purified after a fracturing treatment is finished. Therefore the study on fracturing fluid is the most important aspect of hydraulic fracturing.After more than 50 years' study, today's fracturing fluid is still ground-based, that is, fracturing fluid is transported to treating spots with tank trucks. Following disadvantages exist in this treatment method: there are complicated conditions in down hole; fracturing fluid is wasted due to inaccurate parameters; transportation cost increases because of long distance. "Preparing fracturing fluid while injecting" technique is developed in recent years which symbolizes a new stage's occurrence for fracturing fluid treating technique. So concentratedly fracturing fluid is the key technique for this method and its study is very important.This paper summarizes the development of fracturing fluid and additives. Preparation demand for concentratedly fracturing fluid is analyzed theoretically and the technique to prepare it is researched in the technology of "preparing while injecting". Stable lactescence should be prepared at first, and then a thickener (guanidine gel) should be added. So emulsifying stabilizer to prepare emulsion is developed at the beginning. Monomer which is used to synthesize polypropylene ester, mechanism of polymerization, a formula and technique parameters of synthesizing propenoic acid ester polymer are studied. An emulsifying stabilizer with good properties is synthesized. Polypropenoic acid ester polymer can not only make diesel oil and alcohol be stable emulsion, but also have bettersynergistic effect on the stability of three-component after a thickener(guanidine gel) is added. The synthesis of emulsifying stabilizer is the basis of preparing stable concentratedly fracturing fluid in this paper. The formula and technique of concentratedly fracturing fluid is studied by making use of emulsifying stabilizer developed in this paper. The thickener (guanidine gel) which is used to prepare concentratedly fracturing fluid is optimized. Finally optimal formula and preparing technique are settled.Concentratedly fracturing fluid is one of the key techniques for "preparing while injecting". However, a serious of additives have to be added into concentratedly fracturing fluid so that the field fracturing fluid can be formed. This procedure forms fracturing fluid formula. One important additive of fracturing fluid which is cross-linking agent is optimized. The cross-linking agent is built according to the practical situation in field. Optimal formula of fracturing fluid is developed for 30~150.Treating technique of "preparing while injecting" technology is analyzed theoretically. According to the general design method of hydraulic fracturing, a fracturing fluid formula in a treatment process is simulated and designed and its feasibility is proved through calculated data. Based on the simulation design data, simulation tests of fracturing fluid are proceeded under field preparing conditions. Field preparing technique and technology conditions are studied. Then fracturing fluid cost is analyzed.
