Reserviors are main water supply sources in many areas in China. With the gradual deterioration of ecological environment, a common problem, micro-scale pollution of reservoir water, gives rise to the failure of traditional water supply process, which brings serious hidden danger to people's health. Thus, the current tendency of water supply process reformation is to develop high-effective, economical purifying technology.The thesis of this paper is to explore new water supply technology focusing on micro-scale polluted reservoir water, supported by the research project of micro-scale polluted water purification in Shenzhen city. Firstly, the paper summarizes the existing circumstance of related researches and analyzes the characteristics of the reservoir water, concluding that micro-organism pretreatment is the most promising method. Then, the effectiveness and regular rules of ammonia nitrogen and organic pollutant removal and biochemical effect of system factors in four kinds of biological pretreatment tanks are studied. The optimal ranges of aggregated hydraulic power loading and the ratio of gas to water are found by experiment. Secondly, five shemes of cell combination are carried out based on pilot-scale experiment. After the comparison of each scheme, the best one is selected. Considering the low content of big organic molecule and low turbidity and chromaticity in Shenzhen reservoir, the scheme of "biological pretreatment +conventional process" is satisfactory to reach to standard of drinking water. If fund permits, GAC advanced treatment following is helpful to enhance the quality of water supply.Based on the practice ,the paper analyzes the purifying process of the micro-scale polluted water.According to the Homeostasis Biological Slime Model of the biological pretreatment, the paper discusses the regular rules of substrate utilization and transformation resulting that the biological slime utilizes the primary substrate to form itself, the micro-organic utilizes the second substrate to feed itself, the second substrate of the lower consistence can enhance the effectiveness of the biological pretreatment. The result indicates that biological pretreatment has enhanced removal effect on the organic of the lower consistence.The available achievement of this paper makes up the lack of water treatment technology in the aspect of micro-scale polluted water purification and accumulates experience for the reformation of water-treatment. The author hopes all she has done brings valuable assistance to related researches.
