Water purling settling used in analysis experiment is the basic necessary equipment in analytical laboratories. Traditional water purling settling includes electrical heated vessel and ionic exchange water purling settling. Electrical heated vessel is big in power, uses more energy and wastes cooling water. The reactivation of IE settling is complicated. Membrane separation technique includes micro-filtration, ultra-filtration, reverse osmosis, electro-dialysis and electro deionization developed recently. These technique saves energy, water and is convenient for use. The developing direction of the water production used in analytical laboratories is the membrane water purling settling, the core of which is RO, instead of traditional electrical heated vessel This new kind of production has appeared abroad, but its price and practice charge is very high. And in recent years, the similar production appeared domestically, its cost is lower but performance needs to be improved.The focus of this research is the UF unit used in the pretreatment of minitype RO water purling settling. After the experiments on the selection of membranes material operating pressure washing, the UF unit structure has being optimized, on the basis of which, the mechanical structure integer design and prototype have been done. After property test, we got satisfying result1. This article brings up a new technical, the core of which is RO, the pretreatment of which is auto reverse washing ultra-filtration structure, and the final treatment of which is anion and cationic exchange resin. The auto reverse washing ultra-filtration structure is innovate, and got new pattern patent of national applicatory.2. The performance and parameter of UF membranes used in the RO pretreabnent has been optimized. On low pressure, ideal result can be got if poh/sulfones hollow fiber UF membranes, whose I,e range is about 80000, is used. The research proved when porysulfones UF membranes works on low pressure, they have the peculiarity of anti-pollution, which is a significant result and has been used in the prototypes.3. Two kind of UF membrane unit structure are designed They are memembrane is filled in the form of letter U, between which water distributor is moored. And the drain pipes are built at the crust Sank or bottom. The difierence is the dimension of membrane and whether it is united with me pressure retention storage. This is a kind of new and applicative design.4. Two full-automatic water purling prototypes are designed. Their models are HBR010 and HBR020. It is proved mat the quality of final water corresponds with the quality standard of nation analytical laboratories. And the property change of waterworks has no influence on it Several functions are achieved such as auto-washing. The equipment spends lower in cost and practice. And the technique is profitable.
