Research And Design On Machine Of Magnesium Kiln To Load Material And Draw Out Sediments

This paper, based on the practice to produce magnesium, has analyzed and designed the magnesium kiln equipment to load material and pull out sediment. Improvements have done on the case of the shovel not moving flexibly and of the shovel not to inosculate with the channel wall in its movement, and the hydraulic device has been introduced to improve on the elevator from manually to automatically, because the exalting handle is toilsome and not convenient. Moreover, this paper has designed ana checked the rigid frame over again, and minished radically the distortion of the beam, consequently eliminate the problem of the deficiency in rigidity. This paper carried through improvements on the case of the work temperature of the gearing being higher, and reasonless structures.Through the above technological improvements, this equipment, possesses the better performances and reasonablestructures, consequently reduces the working intensity of the labor and boosts the working efficiency, and brings the immense economy benefit for the enterprise.
