Firstly, the thesis reviews the process of Sustainable Development theory; briefly introduces theory's origin, connotation, essential and the relationship between modern economics and it. On that base, analyses the actuality of state colliery, the need of going sustainable development and influencing factor. Because the sustainable development of state colliery is a complex huge system engineering, it demands correspond of many aspect, the thesis introduces the complexity science, from this view studies state colliery.The thesis lay stress on discussing inspire and active effect of complexity science to the sustainable development of state colliery. Next, sets up a system structure model and illustrates model's several elements. More, the thesis points out technology content and design for system. Optimizes the system, which contains the government's macro-control, makes resource capital, makes more people join in the construct of system, exerts science's effect and innovates the system.The thesis establishes a guide line system and methods of appraising the system, and demonstrates it with the example of Ximing Mine of Xishan Coal-electricity Company.Finally, the author tables several proposals for system tospur the enterprise's development. Its aim is making state colliery offer efficient, high quality, spotless energy for China economies' healthy and orderly development.
