We studing its prepation method, optics character and microcosmic frame have important meaning toward probe its forming mechanism and acquire excellent optics-character.This paper report preparation method of the ZnS:Cu nanoparticles with Sol-gel. In knowable field of internal and abroad documents, compose ZnS:Cu nanoparticles surface-capped neutral CHsCSNHi for the fist time. Moreover draw into NajPsOio as protect-reagent, Which increase stability and dispersion of nanoparticles in organic collosol. The results demonstrate that ZnS:Cu nanoparticles is spherical particle, its average diameter is about 25nm. We also study the factors affecting synthesis such as concentration temperatures CHaCSNI-^ dosageN pH and so on. And find the optimal technical condition of reaction by comparison.By XRD analyze samples and calculate diameter. Moreover measure emission spectrum and UV absorb spectrum. Excited at 325nm, ZnS:Cu gives off a green band emission at 516nm,and the bulk ZnS gives off a blue band emission at 462nm.The green emission band presents obvious red-shift of 54nm. And find a new band between 600nm to 660nm. The UV absorb peak presents obvious blue-shiftof 50.6nm.Contenting of impurity is 0.5867% in final outcome. By using Brus forluma, the diameter of ZnS:Cu nanoparticles is 21.6nm,which coincide with consequence of XRD. |
