| The developing history of acidizing sludge investigation is presented here, the concept of acid sludge is cleared here, the applied and reliable experiment method is designed here, the detailed derriving procedure of acidizing sludge is also presented here. And it has been corresponding mechanism on preventing sludge forming. Combining to acidizing technology, three sorts of anti-sludge systems are optimized.According to the disciplinarian of sludge propagation, effect factor of forming sludge in Xinjiang crude oil and the sludge forming tendency are studied and analyzed. High resin and asphaltene in crude oil is primary reason of forming sludge is pointed out. When resin and asphaltene in crude oil is more 10 percent, antisludge system and measurement are considered to apply. Acid type and acid concentration is also the internal factor of forming sludge in Xinjiang crude oil, fresh and residual acid is difference on forming sludge. Iron ion is important external factor. Simultaneous the reducing rate of reducing agent is slow on meeting acidizing treatment requirement. Therefore to rapidly prevent from sludge forming catalysis- reducing antisludge agent must be used in acid.The new method of sludge test, fluidity test and the reducing rate test are simple and exact. They are the base of optimizing antisludge systems. The optimized organic sulfide poses fine reducing ability, outstanding antisludge ability, non-bad odor and cheap. Cul is a effective activator of organic sulfide. It accelerates reducing reaction rate of organic sulfide and decreases the trend of forming sludge. Above the base of reserching sludge, reducing agent and activator chemicals for designing effective acid stimulations are checked out. For Xinjiang crude oil three sorts of antisludge systems are developed. System 1 is adapt to acidizing treatment of high resin and asphaltene oil well. To avoid forming sludge it is injected before acidizing treatment to isolate acid from crude oil. System 2 is used to prevent from sludge in new well and acid flush well. System 3 is adapt to high ferric oil well aidizing treatment.A comprehensive study of indoor tests show the studies route is corrective, the concept ofsludge is clear, three sorts of antisludge systems can greatly decrease the sludge forming tendency for resin alsphatene oil, acid fluid performance are not influenced, new acidizing antisludge systems can ensure acidizing treatment successfully. |
