A chute is an important passage in transport of mine.it plays a very important role in the service time limit of mine.The chute emergents break down because of a certain reason,it will affect the normal proceeding of production of whole mine.The research objects is three high-deep perpendicular type chutes of HeiGou Iron Mine in this paper,with the depths respectively is 362 meters,529 meters and 561 meters, the factors that influences normal production of high-deep chute are analysed and researched,with the bases of the production experiences and ore moving law in high-deep chute around the world ,and the result of HeiGou Mine chute engineering geology investigation and put ore model experiment of the chute. Proceed from some aspects such as the chute construction design,production technique and management,and discusses the path and measure of the normal production of high -deep chute.In the aspect of the chute construction design, possibility of high -deep chute is argued, and reasonable certained of chute lower part construction form and parameter is researched. In the aspect of production management control and removal break down,the decline method and the wear away factors of chute are analysed, and the method of lower wear away speed, and prolong the service time limit of the chute are brough forward,the reasons, the removal methods and prevention measures of chute stoppage are analysed in detail. It is very useful in leading production practice, and insuring the safety and normal production of Heigou chutes in its service time limit.This subject belong to the application study type, and have extensive theoretical significance and practical value the same kind mine chute,especially in the chute construction design and production management.
