By numerically simulating the cast process, this paper gets the regulation of temperature field varying during the cast process and of cooling velocity distributing in cast, predict the microstructures and casting defects.Through the experiment of metal microstructure, the phase-changing mechanism titanium alloy in cast is researched and the effect of cooling-rate on microstructure is given qualitatively; Mechanics performance of titanium alloy in cast is tested. Microstructure experiment shows that in surface fine-grain structure distributing, at core coarse grain Weis structure with straight a slip and between surface and core Weis structure with interlaced wide-needle a slip. The calculated results show a good agreement with the experimental data.Through analyzing microstructure of the deformed titanium alloy in cast, the regulation of deformation degree's effect on microstructure is given; Microstructure of the formed titanium alloy in cast is tested in mechanical behavious. With the deformation degree increasing, dynamic recrystalization occurs in a phase and newly equiaxed a grains come into being between the formed a slips. Deformation's effect on grain refinement is distinct, in which equiaxed a grains formed between the formed a slips are very fine and not beyond the thickness of a slips(several micron). As a result of grain's largelyrefining, integrate mechanical behavious advances greatly: ob increases by 39.6%, V increases by 20% and 8 increases 10% .
