Nowadays, more quick, sample-handling-easily, reliable and accuracy approaches for the analysis of trace elements in solid sample with complex matrix in such materials science as foodstuff and medical science are the focus of element analysis. Recently, an increasing requirement for solid sample analysis from the production of sanitation and medicine department boosts the development of direct solid sampling Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(GFAAS). Ow ing to its less-sample-consumption, high sensitivity and wide sample form permission, and combining the advantages of solid direct sampling and solution sampling, slurry sampling GFAAS is more competitive and feasible in practical applicationSlurry-sampling technique is a powerful and efficient solution for direct solid sample analysis. The analytical capability of GFAAS has been improved by slurry-sampling and its application range was widened. In this research work agar and glycerin were chosen as slurry reagent. As results show, the equality of slurry system and disperse of solid grain were improved with slurry reagents. The veracity and precision were improved. The major contents of this thesis are described as follows:(1). The modifications of the vaporization ,atomization behavior of the analytes and matrix elements have been investigated systematically. With appropriate pyrolysis temperature it can efficiently circumvent the matrix interferences effect and reduce the background absorption in slurry sampling GFAAS. As results show that, the agar can improve the veracity of Cu,Mn,Mg,Fe,Zn in slurry sampling GFAAS.(2). GFAAS is used for determining trace elements such as Fe,Zn in milk matrix with the presence of slurry reagent glycerin. The appropriate pyrolysis temperature is efficient for reducing the background absorption and removing the matrix interferences. Slurry system is even and stable with the presence of agar. The proposed method has been successfully used for the direct, simple, rapid and precise . analysis of milk, without any chemical pretreatment.
