| At present the incineration technology is thought as one of the most practicable technology in the field of sewage sludge treatment in the world. In the most of countries, such as European countries, America, Japan, etc., this technology has been very popular and operated successfully step by step. Its obvious advantages are fast disposal speed, decreasing components efficiently and recycle energy as well. And in the recent years most of countries make much more strict regulations on the time and space of disposing wastes, so incineration technology has been a main method of sewage sludge treatment. In China, the study on wastes incineration is behind of developed countries, especially lacking of fundamental research on the field of sewage sludge incineration. Therefore, the technology of incineration becomes increasingly necessary.In the paper, two bubbling fluidised bed incinerators, which belong to the Hauptkl?rwerk Stuttgart-Mühlhausen sewerage plant in Germany, are main study objects. I analyze working theory, flowing diagraph design, heat balance calculation of every disposal unit of sewage sludge incineration, which include dewatering, drying, incineration and flue gas cleaning devices, in order to understand the optional incineration conditions and operation parameters (such as incineration temperature, excessive air etc.). According to four flue gas measuring reports on the Mühlhausen sewerage plant in 2001 and 2002 by Institute Prof. Dr. J?ger, I compare and analyze every kind of hazardous components in the flue gas, which possibly make second pollution for environment. Especially my paper focuses on the relations of NOx emissions and control methods. All of the works will offer optional design and operation parameters and will be contributed to improve the combustion of sewage sludge. |
